Influence	My portfolio is inspired deeply by Baroque painters and other Old Masters of Romanticism and Academism specially Caravaggio, as by the Classical sculpture from Phidias to Michelangelo, Cellini or Giambologna. Also Futurist Photodynamism (Bragaglia) and the work of Bacon.

I was born in Andalusia (Spain) in 1971.

My first contact with photography was in 1988. I studied a course of photography and took my first black and white snapshots.

In 1991 I moved to Barcelona and I began working for a wedding photography agency.

In 1994 I studied technical drawing and graphic design (editorial layout and composition).

In 1995 I had the chance to go into the world of printing and the graphic arts, learning about printout and digital processing. Later I started working as free-lance.

I came into contact with the media working with the specialized press, doing a radio show and participating in documentaries and some television projects.

During the last years I have travel a lot fascinated by art and history. My enthusiasm for Greek-Roman culture and classical art has focus my eye on a new horizon.

In 2008 I decided to enter into the author photography for passion not as work.

In partnership with the painter and sculptor Joaquim Marsal, we created mG ARTSTUDIO, a place where ideas and art come together. At the studio, a photo shoot with a model can result in a painting or a sculpture.

I like to collaborate and meet with other artists. One of them has been Nan Goldin who's I had the honor to shot with her Leica.

In 2009 I had a near death experience and as a result emerged the project "ANIMA IN EXILIUM - IN AETERNUM", a requiem to all people death at the Spanish Civil War. The video art project was selected and exhibited at the Art Biennale in Corbera d'Ebre (Tarragona, Spain).

In 2011 I exhibited the conceptual photographic project "ANIMA INIQUA" at the Art Biennale of Corbera d'Ebre (Spain) about The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
